1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Account Creation

• Retain only the original legitimate account, subject to verification and investigation;
• Report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant Philippine authorities and gaming regulators.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your starph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, shall be deemed your responsibility. You agree to notify starph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

starph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, except where such unauthorized use results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security, using strong passwords containing a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters, and logging out after each gaming session, especially when using shared or public devices.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and may take 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion. starph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds and completing identity verification procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed in the same currency and payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed. starph processes most GCash withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward requirements. Table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute only 10-20%. Live dealer games and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded entirely or contribute at reduced rates. 4. Betting Rules and Game Play

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. starph shall not cancel or modify bets after acceptance except in cases of obvious error (palpable errors in odds, event information, or bet settlement). In the event of a palpable error, starph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at our sole discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game and betting market. Limits vary based on game type, player VIP status, and specific betting markets. starph reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without notice. Bets placed in excess of maximum limits may be voided, or winnings may be capped at the maximum payout for that betting market.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body (PBA, NBA, UFC, etc.). If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe (typically 48 hours). Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapidly changing odds. starph reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to refuse bet placement during critical moments of a match. All live bets are accepted subject to confirmation. If odds change between bet placement and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

4.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on starph use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage. Actual results in any individual gaming session may vary significantly from RTP due to random variance.

Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a software error, network disconnection, or technical malfunction, affected game rounds shall be voided and stakes refunded. starph is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Forfeiture

starph may forfeit bonus funds and void associated winnings if: (a) you violate any bonus term or condition; (b) you place bets exceeding the maximum allowed during bonus play (typically ₱500-₱1,000 per bet); (c) you play restricted games while bonus funds are active; (d) you engage in irregular playing patterns consistent with bonus abuse; or (e) you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, unless you explicitly forfeit the bonus.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using starph Services:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, including syndicate play designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for financial gain;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your location or identity, or to access starph from restricted jurisdictions;
• Engaging in money laundering or using starph Services to launder proceeds of criminal activity;
• Depositing funds from sources other than your personal accounts or using stolen payment methods;
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening starph staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software or games;
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercializing your starph account or access to our Services.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. starph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the starph website and within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of starph or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from starph Services except as expressly permitted. The starph name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, starph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if starph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

starph's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of starph Services shall first be subject to good faith negotiations between the parties for a period of 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your starph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance after deducting pending bets and meeting all wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure.

starph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, extended inactivity, or business decisions at our sole discretion. Upon termination by starph, your account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be refunded after completion of any necessary investigations.
